It’s been a rough few days for San Francisco 49ner Aldon Smith. He was recently arrested in LAX for making a bomb threat.
According to reports, police say the incident began to unfold when Smith arrived at the security gate. He was randomly selected for a secondary screening. Police describe Smith’s behavior as belligerent. Police went on to say Smith was “uncooperative with the process and with the TSA agent making a comment indicating that he was in possession of a bomb before proceeding toward the gate area.” He seemed to be drunk at the time of the altercation.

Smith was placed under arrest and booked on one charge of false report of a bomb threat. A video showing Aldon Smith after his arrest has surfaced and in it we can hear the NFL player tell the cops they are going to be embarrassed. He was later released from jail on $20,000 bond. If convicted of the crime, he could spend one year in prison.
