  1. Let’s face it exercising on our own is a bit boring when it compared to doing it with group or a partner. But it will still be depending on the person’s perseverance to achieve the set goal or objective.

    • It has been proven that exercising does not result in weight loss. If you want to lose weight you have to understand what causes weight gain. The cause of weight gain is mineral deficiency. People become deficient in minerals because they do not eat and / or absorb nutrition. People can absorb calories but not nutrition.

      Foods are devoid of nutrition. Absorption is destroyed by eating the 10 bad foods which destroy the digestive tract. 80% of black Americans are gluten intolerant. Lack of exercise and laziness are not the reasons why people become over weight.

  2. Dear Ms. Adams, I totally 100% disagree with the premise of this article. If people want to lose weight they will not be able too by dieting and exercising. We gain is caused by a mineral deficiency. When the body is under nutrified the brain causes the person to eat too many calories which is then stored as fat.
