The lawsuit filing states that Lucas decided to escalate his complaint about the service he received at the McDonald’s in question to the establishment’s general manager, Leticia Barrera. The man sent the higher-up an email in which he reportedly detailed how he had to put up with Angel’s unprofessional and “hostile” attitude. Lucas also went on to tell the general manager how Angel demonstrated a “deep-seated attitude towards customers.”
Lucas also claimed in the email to Barrera that he has suffered “undue mental anguish and the intentional infliction of emotional distress,” reportedly all brought about by Angel’s treatment of him.
In return for the distress Lucas suffered at the hands of Angel, the mega food corporation allegedly offered him free burgers, which he has flatly turned down. Instead, Lucas now has a super-sized hunger that apparently only $1.5 million can satisfy, which is more than enough to keep him in burgers for the rest of his life!
