According to WPBF, Greenacres, FL police officer Ervans Saintclair was arrested on two counts of criminal transmission of HIV, and three additional women have come forward claiming they may also be victims!
Palm Beach County Sheriff’s spokesman Eric Davis said detectives have begun investigating the three cases.
Saintclair found out he was HIV-positive when he had his pre-employment physical exam for the police department back in 2007 however it wasn’t until a woman came forward in 2013 that Saintclair was in any sort of trouble. The woman said the police officer told her he was HIV-positive only after they had had sex several times in 2007.

Detectives fear there may be even more victims out there and urge them to come forward with any information they may have.
We don’t even know how to begin to describe our disgust with this story. It’s one thing to report about some knuckle head out in the streets doing this…but when it’s someone who is supposed to be protecting us…it’s quite another story. If you know you are sick it is your responsibility to disclose it before entering in to any kind of physical relationship with another human being….this is just terrible. If this man really did do this…then he gives a whole new meaning to police brutality!
