  • In a brutal and infuriating abuse of power, Warren, Michigan police officer Bernadette Najor, with the assistance of several male officers, hit and tied down a potential rape victim before cutting off her hair weave, reports Addicting Info.

Charda Gregory, 22, woke up disoriented in a seedy motel room, where she was arrested by police for trashing the room. The young mother, who is justifiably traumatized after the incident, has no idea how she got there or why police brutalized her.

7 Action News Investigator Heather Catallo has more:

Gregory says on November 13, she went to a party in Detroit, where she believes someone drugged her.

    Paul Misukewicz is her lawyer:

“She had a couple of drinks, then woke up in a strange place.  Didn’t know how she got there, completely disoriented, said Paul Misukewicz, Gregory’s lawyer.

That strange place was the Suez Motel on 8 Mile in Warren, where Gregory got arrested for trashing a room.

By the time she was brought in to the jail lock-up on the top floor of the Warren Police Department, Gregory had been pepper sprayed, but she appears calm.

It’s clear in the video that Gregory can barely stand as she comes face to face with Officer Bernadette Najor.

    1. Women are so mean to each other…that is exactly why I limit women in my life circle. Jealous, insecure and vicious! There was no reason to humiliate her that way. I am glad that cop was fired!! She can see there were no weapons in HER HAIR!!

    2. More and more…what a hateful world we blacks live in!! One day, there will be a reckoning…imagine, hatred for a people who cannot change how they were created by God.
