A new video of Toronto Mayor Rob Ford has surfaced. Ford is captured drinking, cussing and imitating a Jamaican accent. The mayor is shown in a fast-food restaurant slurring his words, rambling about police surveillance and calling the police chief a derogatory name. Back in November, Ford, who acknowledged that he smoked crack, said he had sworn off drinking.
