R. Kelly may be a lot of things, but child support dodger is not one of them.
That’s according to Kelly himself and his ex-wife, Andrea, and last but not least, the company that accused him of being late on his payments.
A week ago or so, “The Custodial Support Foundation” put out a press release saying Andrea Kelly (of “Hollywood Exes”) hired them to call out R. Kelly for falling behind – to the tune of $114,000 – on his child support payments, but the singer’s rep says hold on ’cause he’s all paid up.
Andrea’s lawyer says he’s telling the truth as well. The legal eagle told TMZ his client says Kelly is up to date on his payments.
For the record, “The Custodial Support Foundation” says they’re issuing a retraction to their story.
