Kentuckian Henry Earl (pictured), who has the dubious honor of being crowned the ‘World’s Most Arrested Man’ with a rap sheet that goes beyond 1,500 arrests, found himself behind bars, yet again, on Thanksgiving for a public intoxication charge he incurred last month, according to The Smoking Gun.

Earl, who is a celebrated superstar of sorts in his Fayette County community, has mostly been cuffed on public intoxication charges, but he has been found guilty of other unlawful acts like carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct.

The 64-year-old recidivist, whose breaking bad ways began in 1970 when he was 22 years old, would go on to get arrested a total of 33 times during that decade.

The ’80s were not much better for Earl. By the time the decade ended, he made getting arrested pretty much a career, having spent time behind bars during the ten-year period a whopping 230 times.

The millennium ushered in more convictions for Earl and by 2008, the criminal careerist had secured 1,000 arrests. In celebration of this momentous occasion, a judge sentenced Earl to 1,000 days in jail. Down the line, however, it was discovered that the 2008 arrest figure was incorrect and Earl had actually been cuffed 1,333 times by 2008.

Earl, who has used the alias “James Brown” and celebrated his birthday this year (October 24) incarcerated, has spent a record 6,000 days behind bars.

He is due in court for a Dec. 5 pretrial conference and a probation revocation hearing.
