Well here’s a bit of good and bad news.

TMZ is reporting that Paris Jackson, daughter of the late Michael Jackson, is doing much better.

But the 16-year-old, who attempted suicide earlier this year by slashing her wrist with a meat cleaver, remains in a Utah boarding school, under close watch. Not only that, we hear she is riddled with so many problems she could be there “for years.”

As you can rightly assume, this is the bad news.

Apparently, Paris took part in a family session earlier this week with Mrs. Jackson and her mother, Debbie Rowe. According to TMZ, Debbie and Katherine were on the phone, while Paris was with her therapist at the facility.

Sources say Paris may get a pass to come home for a few days in January, and Katherine is redoing Paris’ room for the homecoming.

But sadly, the return home will be short as sources say the boarding school will be home for a long time, very possibly “years.”
