  • According to a TMZ report, NFL running back Adrian Peterson fathered a fourth child, a 3-month-old girl. The mother is said to be a waitress at a popular Minnesota nightclub.

Sources say the child’s last name on her birth certificate is listed as “Peterson.”

On the day Peterson’s 2-year-old son, Tyrese, passed away, the mother of his fourth child posted an emotional message on her Facebook page about the situation.

“Today has been a long day finding out my [daughter''s] brother passed away and knowing that she never even got to meet him.”

Sources connected to the situation tell us … the mother of AP’s 4th child first met the NFL star while serving him as a VIP waitress at a place called Seven — a steakhouse, sushi joint and ultralounge all wrapped in one.

It’s unclear how involved Adrian has been in the child’s life — but the mother recently posted a photo showing the child decked out in Minnesota Vikings gear, so we’re guessing they’re cool.

    1. According to the article he didn’t meet this child who died until a day before the death. Can I concluded that he was able to play football so soon afterwards, not because anyone great mental strength, but because he had no emotional attachment to the child. Sad.

      • Tami, that is correct. This is not the same child, AP Jr. that was initially reported by all the newscast erroneously without doing a proper investigation. This was a fling he had w/ a woman he knew and she ended up getting pregnant. There were issues regarding the paternity of the baby and when it came out that it was his, he made no attempt to build a relationship w/ the child and the man the baby’s mother was currently in a relationship w/ continued playing the role until they broke up. So as the article is written, he did not meet the child until a couple of days until the child passed away which is sad and triffling on all parties involved.
