Tanee McCall-Short, the wife of “Scandal” star Columbus Short has filed for divorce after eight years of marriage, RadarOnline reports.
She filed the divorce papers in Los Angeles on Wednesday, September 11 but she cites the date of separation as September 9. She is also seeking sole custody of their 19-month-old daughter, Ayala.
Plus, 32-year-old Tanee is asking the 30-year-old actor to pay for her legal fees and to provide spousal support.
If the divorce goes through, this will be the second divorce for Columbus.
The former choreographer and his ex-wife Brandi Short divorced after he was caught having an affair with pop superstar Britney Spears in 2003. Brandi and Columbus have a 9-year-old son together.
