First a hologram, now Broadway, the late West Coast rapper Tupac, will be influencing a new play for director Kenny Leon. Wall Street Journal says it won’t be a biographical of Tupac’s life but to bring awareness of violence, honor, betrayal, and family that was often sung a lot in his lyrics. The musical is supposed to make its way to the 2013-2014 season but they haven’t found a location yet.
