Dobbie is the founder and president of Neighborhood Nets, a non profit organization dedicated to empowering and educating youth basketball players so that if they fall short of their dreams of becoming NBA or WNBA all-stars, they’re still prepared to succeed off the court. Through small gestures of basketball net replacements, Dobbie hopes to inspire people to look for opportunities to make a difference before making a dollar and show today’s youth that it doesn’t take much time, effort or money to have a positive impact on your community.
