A woman who used to intern for Sean “Diddy” Combs is suing his Bad Boy Entertainment claiming she was exploited as free labor.
Rashida Salaam worked at the company – which is home to several of the rapper’s business interests, including his record label, restaurants, and movie production company – for five months last year.
Salaam alleges she “had to” carry out various duties including answering phones, making deliveries, and even decorating the office, and has now filed a lawsuit against the business, according to TMZ.
Since interns have been known to answer phones, make deliveries and decorate offices for no pay, the grounds for Salaam’s lawsuit is unclear.
