Comedian Kevin Hart has pleaded no contest to his April DUI arrest in a bid to stay out of jail.
The “Think Like a Man” star was charged with two counts of driving under the influence after cops pulled him over in Los Angeles for speeding on a freeway.
On Monday, Hart pleaded no contest to one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, and in exchange the other count was dropped.
He was sentenced to three years probation and ordered to attend three months of alcohol education classes, according to TMZ.
