  • Various media outlets are reporting a story about a woman who claims Washington Redskins’ quarterback Robert Griffin III sent her racy text messages on his wedding day.

Virginia Commonwealth University student Meredith Barber sent the messages to bustedcoverage.com that allegedly prove Griffin was texting her on the day he married his longtime girlfriend Rebecca Liddicoat.

According to the New York Daily News, Griffin sent her a photo of himself shirtless without his face showing along with the message “Come on bae.”

Griffin reportedly also texted “Well ok I give up I guess. See you in a few weeks kid,” after Barber didn’t respond to his messages.

The alleged conversation occurred on July 6, 2013 on the morning of Griffin’s wedding.

Griffin’s friends are writing Barber’s claims off as a ploy for money and fame.

      • Really? The enemy. She needs to be thanked for taking him off the market. He’s just a sports player.
Also, don’t believe the hype. There are still enough men available for black women. They don’t have to play sports.
People are attracted to who they are attracted to.

    1. He looks like a HOOTERS fan. Yes she’s trying to get her 15 minutes, but no, she could not have done it without his help. What did she have going for herself that made him want her number in the first place and does she give it out to every guy who orders the wings?
