Love is definitely in the air for Tina Turner, who recently said “I do” to her boyfriend of 27 years.
The legendary songstress and German record executive Erwin Bach tied the knot in a civil ceremony near their hometown of Zurich in Kusnacht (northern Switzerland), reports Reuters. Turner, who became a Swiss citizen in April, wore a Giorgio Armani gown.
Sources say the newlyweds plan to have an all-white, traditional Buddhist celebration at Lake Zurich this weekend. Friends on the 120-person guest list include Bavid Bowie, Sade and Oprah Winfrey.
This is the second marriage for Turner. She was in an abusive relationship with musician Ike Turner from 1962 until thier divorce filing in 1976.
At the sweet age of 73, we are sure the second time will be a charm for the new Mrs. Bach!
