  • Sadly we’ve come to the end of this season of “R&B Divas” but the ladies definitely left the building with style, grace and a little drama for the old times sake. The girls got together to celebrate Syleena’sreggae album, which of course turned into a Niccibashing session and spilled over into the “Divas & Wildflowers Makeover” charity event where things really got real. Find out what happened below:

    Monifah & Terez

    marriage

Things with Monifah and her girlfriend Terez were going great. They visited each other’s hometown, and Monifah was happy to have Terez back in Atlanta. The ladies went to the local aquarium for a nice date and Monifah asked Terez to move to Atlanta to to take their relationship to the next level. Monifah was devastated when Terez said that she would never move to Atlanta and that would be her final answer. Yikes! Luckily for Monifah, Terez was just faking  just to throw Monifah for a loop before popping the question! Of course, Monifah accepted Terez’s marriage proposal and ladies and gents Monifah and Terez are officially engaged! Later in the episode, Monifah shared the good news with her daughter who was less than thrilled that her mother was marrying another woman. She was struggling to be happy for her mother without compromising her religious beliefs but tried to be as supportive as she could.
