Ms. “Gone With the Wind Fabulous” herself, Kenya Moore, is facing an eviction from her Atlanta mansion.
RadarOnline is reporting that Moore’s landlord, Conya Weems, filed a lawsuit against Moore citing the former Miss USA failed to pay $848 on her $3,999 rent that was due for the month of May.
Weems is asking for $2,500 in damages and eviction fees, plus, rent for the month of June. Moore has until June 7 to respond to the complaint.
The home in question is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Roswell, Ga.
