According to TMZ, Andrew Ro claims their company, International Rock Star Corp, lost millions of dollars due to Kim’s diva-like behavior which prevented him from making lucrative endorsement deals. In his complaint, he says the rap songstress failed to promote products, stopped taking his phone calls and refused to come to product meetings without extra pay for her time.

“She didn’t do what her shareholder agreement obligated her to do,” Ro’s attorney, Teresa Daley, said in an interview with E! News.

Ro and Kim entered into a licensing deal in August 2012 for products such as a perfume line, clothing line, vodka drink, energy drink, Steve Madden shoe line and a honey maker. When she cut the contract, Ro shot back with a cease and desist letter.

The 38-year-old is the founder and CEO of International Rock Star Corp. Ro owns 22 percent of the company.

A ruling has yet to be made.
