CBSSports.com’s Mike Freeman is reporting that an unidentified NFL player is reportedly considering coming out to the public as gay.
The active player is reportedly thinking about disclosing his sexuality in the next couple of month with the plan of continuing his NFL career.
Freeman discovered this information after interviewing various retired and active NFL players. However, Freeman does not know who the player is.
This would be the first time an active player announced he was gay in the history of the NFL.
