    1. The black community has been conditioned to not “snitch.” but this “no-snitch” policy is destroying your community. If somebody don’t want you to snitch, then they shouldn’t commit a crime. The roles need to be reversed. Potential criminals need to know that they will be reported, turning a blind eye is like welcoming crime into your community. White people call the police on other white people all the time… crime is not tolerated in white communities… period. Nobody wants to be victimized or a family member hurt. You need to realize that blacks have been conditioned, like a social experiment, to kill one another, to be uneducated and devalue one another. You have to take control, first your homes, then your neighbors and your streets and communities. Get away from gov’t. Get off gov’t assitance. Get out of public schools, home school, start a small charter school. Take systematic control of your lives. Start small. You deserve better.

The first step toward success is taken when you refuse to be a captive of the environment in which you first find yourself.

Building a better you is the first step to building a better America.

Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.

The indispensable first step to getting the things you want out of life is this: decide what you want.

    2. The responsible people in the black community need to stand up to this type of behavior and not turn a blind eye. These “kids” out there shooting at people, they have moms, dads and grandparents, brothers and sisters who are responsible. If you have a family member that you know does this kind of thing then it is your responsibility to help put a stop to it. This is not how things are supposed to be, this is not how life is meant to be lived. It starts at home, it starts with the parents. Innocent lives are being lost because people are cowards. At what point do you say enough is enough, my life has value, my neighbor’s life has value and we deserve better. Our community deserves better. These shooters need to get off the streets and the young kids need to value education. Turn off the tv, computer, video games and spend quality time with the kids in your neighborhood. Raise the expectations for your lives, go to church, pray with your kids, it works. Things like this need to stop, it didn’t used to be this way… live a god centered life and a family centered life and everything else will fall into place.

Deuteronomy 31:6 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Corinthians 16:13 Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong.

John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
