EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — A Snohomish County Jail guard has been accused of giving an inmate chocolate chip cookies in return for sexual contact.
Prosecutors charged 58-year-old Abner Canda on Tuesday with custodial misconduct.
The Daily Herald reports a 22-year-old woman went to police in January and said she felt guilty about consensual contact she had with the corrections officer last year when she was an inmate.
