Chris Paul thinks stripping is “sequester proof”, that Hugo Chavez did something right during his dictatorship and Jay-Z is wrong about music NOT segregating people.

———————

This is Chris Paul from the TJMS running through the top stories in roughly sixty seconds with The Morning Minute.

The President/Dictator of Venezuela Hugo Chavez died yesterday at the age of 58.  Chavez was a polarizing leader who was known here in the U.S. for his many wrongs.  His presidency was tainted with corruption, just wrong.  And under his rule the murder rate in Venezuela quadrupled.  Just wrong.  And in 2006 Chavez stood before the United Nations and called then U.S. President George W. Bush the devil… Okay, he got that right, but the rest of the stuff he did was just wrong.

Rapper Drake went to a strip club in Charlotte, North Carolina and made it rain dropping $50,000 on those strippers.  And another rapper with him dropped $25,000 on them.  So while 2 million Americans are in danger of losing their jobs the strip pole remains sequester proof.

Jay Z says that there’s no such thing as black or white music anymore.  And he’s right.  Black people listen to pop and country these days, and white folks love rap and R&B.  Music is no longer segregated by color.  So accept for songs that make men look gay when they dance to it, all music is the same.
