Kentucky Man Pretends to be Mentally Handicapped for Donations (VIDEO)

30-year-old Gary Hank Thompson out of Kentucky has earned over $100,000 by scamming people who believed he was wheel-chair bound mentally handicapped man.
Thompson slurred his speech and twisted his face in a manner that led thousands of people to believe he was mentally disabled.
According to Thompson, he earned somewhere between $80,000-$100,000 a year from the scam.
Thompson has pleaded guilty to theft by deception.
