A South Carolina lunch woman is possibly heading to prison after having sex with a 13-year-old student.
42-year-old Lawanda Ann Cummings has been charged with second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor according to WLTX in Columbia, SC.
Allegedly, Cummings had sex with the teenager in her apartment last year. It was not reported how many times the sexual act occurred.
She is currently on paid administrative leave. (Watch a video report below)
