A teenager who planned a Harlem Shake flash mob at his high school is heading to court after the fun-intended dance routine turned into an all out riot.
Arnis Mehmetaj, 17, posted the invite on Facebook for his peers to meet up in the school’s lobby but when students began to flood the halls it got a little out of control.
Mehmetaj tried to cancel the flash mob once he realized how chaotic the event was becoming but it was already too late.
Police arrested Mehmetaj and charged him with disorderly conduct.
There were no injuries reported.
