Former NBA baller Stephon Marbury’s pockets are over $300,000 pockets lighter this week after a New York judge ordered him to pay his former mistress $331,584 in left over hush money.
A few months back, Marbury’s former mistress and chef Thurrayah Mitchell filed a suit asking that Marbury pay off the rest of her $900,000 payout she is owed.
In 2006, Mitchell and Marbury agreed on a $900,000 deal that would keep Mitchell from revealing their long affair to Marbury’s wife.
However, before paying off the deal completely, Marbury stopped making payments in 2010.
Marbury argued that Mitchell breached their confidentiality agreement by filing suit against him but since he put their agreement in writing, the judge sided with Mitchell.
