A Texas man is in big trouble after he approached a greeter at his child’s school claiming he had a gun and telling the person, “You’re dead.”

Police say 44-year-old Ronald Miller wasn’t really armed, rather he pulled the stunt in an attempt to test Celina Elementary School’s security, according to reports.

According to the school district Superintendent Donny O’Dell, Miller told the scared greeter,”he is a shooter and ‘you’re dead, and you’re dead.”

Miller claims he was conducting a test of the school’s security procedures. He was later arrested on charges of third-degree felony terrorist threats.

His bail was set at $75,000.
