R&B sensation Alicia Keys and pop star Katy Perry are slated to take the stage during the inauguration celebrations next week.

The Inaugural Committee announced that the two will join Brad Paisley, John Legend, Fun, Stevie Wonder and Usher for the Kids’ Inaugural Concert.  The concert will take place on Saturday, Jan 19th.

First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden started the tradition of the Kids’ Inaugural Concert in 2009 to support military families.

Beyoncé and Kelly Clarkson are scheduled to sing at the official ceremony while Smokey Robinson, Marc Anthony, Nick Cannon and the cast of Glee will also make appearances at weekend events.

“We are honored and excited to have such a diverse, talented group of musical guests joining Americans from across the country to celebrate the 57th Inauguration,” Presidential Inaugural Committee CEO Steve Kerrigan said.

“Vice President [Joe] Biden and I are honored to have these wonderfully talented musical artists perform at the Inaugural ceremony,” President Barack Obama commented. “Their music is often at the heart of the American story and speaks to folks across the country.”
