This month’s Rolling Stone issue features a list of the fifty greatest hip-hop songs of all time. The magazine compiled the list after having a panel of artists, record execs, record producers, and journalists decide on what songs they thought were the best.

“The Message” rolled in at number one, do you agree with the list?

Here’s the top 10 of the list.

    1.    “The Message” – Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five

    2.    “Rapper’s Delight” – Sugarhill Gang

    3.    “Planet Rock” – Afrika Bambaataa & the Soul Sonic Force

    4.    “Sucker M.C.’s” – Run-DMC

    5.    “Mind Playing Tricks on Me” – Geto Boys
