Nate Dogg’s estate has finally been settled.
After the Hip Hop singer transitioned, he left behind his legacy in both music and money.
According to reports, the new executors of the estate were originally named: his widow, LaToya Calvin and his mother, Ruth Homes.
But the decision didn’t come without consequences.
TMZ says Nate’s children weren’t happy, griping “the women were only in it for selfish, money-grubbing reasons and had no intention of dividing the goods fairly.”
But after a bit of a fight, the ladies both withdrew their titles to avoid conflict with the children. Now all is well again.
In other news, a posthumous album is on its way called “Nate Dogg: It’s a Wonderful Life,” a project of all of his unreleased material with collaborations with Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J Blige and Jay Z.
