Unlike Halle’s ex, Kris Humphries took his aggression toward his ex’s boyfriend through a deposition.
Humphries forced his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Kanye West to sit through a deposition. The Brooklyn Nets player has not even deposed Kardashian yet.
Kim’s lawyer, Laura Wasser believes the situation is getting dragged out longer than necessary calling the whole thing a “fishing expedition.”
“She [Kim] is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries,” Wasser said.
She also says that Humphries’ lawyers are fighting against the prenup he signed with Kardashian which leaves him collecting very little money.
Humphries and Kardashian are set to go divorce trial on February 15.
