Not since the days of Levert, Sweat Gill have three talents come together to form a musical supergroup. Well, ladies, your wait is over. TGT or Tyrese, Ginuwine and Tank are officially signed to Atlantic Records and will make their official debut at the Soul Train Music Awards concert this weekend. The Concert is part of a 3-day weekend in Las Vegas culminating in the taping of the 25th Soul Train Music Awards. The Awards will air on BET and Centric on Sunday, November 25th at 9 p.m.

Though TGT has been in the makings since 2007 and the group actually appeared on a Slim Thug single, “Let Me Grind,” their respective contracts with various labels had them in legal limbo for some time. But just over a month ago, the trio officially signed to Atlantic Records and is currently working on their debut CD.

On his Twitter earlier this year, Tyrese promised that the group would take up “where Jodeci left off,’ which can’t be anything but good news for fans starved of R&B music like the kind that dominated the 90’s. There’s no reality show in the making as of yet, but this video released by the group makes you wonder if that’s the next project they’ll collaborate on.
