This week rumors hit the web that VH1 was cutting some dead weight off of their "Basketball Wives: LA" TV show.

Reports claimed that VH1 was planning to cut Gloria, Laura Govan, Malaysia Pargo and Brooke Bailey from the series because they weren't allowing VH1 cameras to have all access.

Days past with the rumor flooding the web but now VH1 has come out to deny it via a press release, writing:

"The time has come to set the record straight. We can officially tell you all that despite the widespread reports, none of them are true. There have been absolutely no casting decisions made regarding the next season of the show."

"Basketball Wives: LA" has suffered with low popularity ratings compared to the original "Basketball Wives" which is set in Miami.

    Who cares?
These fools do not represent 95% of hard working African Americans.
They denigrate Black women , and serve to try ridiculing our people. Please boycott these stupid shows.
