  • Start packing your bags Tameka Foster.

Usher has made it clear to ex-wife Foster that he’s selling the mansion she’s been living in since their divorce and she needs to move out.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ, Usher’s lawyer sent Tameka Raymond a letter informing her the 12,000 sq. ft. Georgia home — which Usher owns — is going on the market and she needs to find new digs.

Usher has allowed Tameka to live in the home for the last few years — but per their 2009 divorce agreement, Usher has the right to sell the pad at any time as long as he gives 60 days notice.

According to sources, Tameka didn’t take the news well, seeing as she has no income of her own and has been financially dependent on Usher since the divorce.

On the flip side, we’re told Usher feels he’s given Tameka plenty of time to get her act together and enough is enough.

If you’re wondering, Usher purchased the home in 2007 for $3 million. It’s unclear what the new price tag will be.

    1. sweetie, stop trying to hold on to this man. he don’t want you, he don’t need you!!! you are making yourself look soooo stupid!! JUST STOP IT!!

    2. Hopefully, she can find something suitable to live in and raise his children in. I think that if he has any heart at all that he would assist her in finding a decent and affordable place to reside and then move on…

    3. They do if the husband has the media at his beck and call. They do when he has all the money to set up any little scenario he wants to. They do when another bubble headed brother throws their promise of marriage and security away for a chance to have indescretions with a striper and. or her counter parts. They do when the scheme of our men is to take as little responsiblity for their children and decisions. Sounds like this one hit you close to home. You wouldn’t be a deadbeat dad, would you? The kind to blame it on the woman as a reason why you don’t demonistrate the value of love and sacrifice you should be giving those children. It’s even worse when the man has so much money he can hire people to take care of THEIR children. She is probably so ready for someone to hear her pain. Another thing, Uhser is no boy scout. He was turned out by real low down rappers. He’s been gone every since. He is no longer the clean cut gentlemen his mother presented to us. He is now, one of the “get low” boys.

    5. WINTERONE….REAL WOMEN DON’T GO ON TELEVISION FOR A WHOLE WEEK BLASTING THEIR CHILDREN’S FATHER THE WAY TAMEAKA DID EITHER

    6. You are so right…the other comments are ignorant and immature…grow up people and stop hating on that woman, you dont know what is actually going on.

    7. Congratulations Usher for putting the money hungry leech on notice!! She has taken advantage of your kindness long enough! Tameka put money and material things over her children, nearly dying after having cosmetic surgery. Usher even rushed to be by her side when that happened. He has consistently proven himself to be a good man period. Tameka the gravy train has pulled into the station for good and you must exit!! Your ride is over.

    8. M.D. In the house…..the more the merrier….stay tuned…..repent or abundantly dead….David did what to Goliath.

    9. Put that lame bird out Usher it about time imagine this fool had this brother in court trying to belittle him but the bird still flying around in one of his house….nigga please hit the road has been……………..Obama 2012

    10. Oh well I guess she will have to get a regular job and find her a home. I have always wondered where are the fathers of her other shildren why are they not helping her with their children? Why is Usher responsible for her and all her children not just his two?

    11. I wondered how long Usher was gonna let her continue to stay there, while she continued to Hate on him. OKAY Usher cheated. I get that. A lot of entertainers do, especially the young ones.

If I was Tameka I would have been one humble sista and just left it alone. But I guess there’s a reason homeless people stay homeless.

    12. Tameaka was an obvious gold digger. Usher’s mama tried to tell him. You pay to play. Trump paid with Maples, and went on about his business, put a prenup and a limit on the $$$ but he didn’t leave her destitute, Usher is plain sorry. Even if he sold the house and gave her the proceeds, that’s giving her something. There’s a good chance she wouldn’t know how to handle the $$ should she get it. But at least he would have done the honorable thing and it wouldn’t hurt him a bit. He needs to grow up. Looks like he wasn’t mentored.

    13. Usher clearly shows the difference between boys and men. He should take a few tips from Russell Simmons, Hughe Hefner, Donald Trump and George Clooney. It was obvious it wouldn’t last. Set the lady up and move on, he can more than afford it. Real men don’t leave the mother of their children broke and homeless, even if they have custody. That hurts the kids.

    14. Ever since he got primary custody of the children I can’t stand him. She never gets to defend herself he is the one always on the telly crying like a baby!! I am so happy I can listen to Neyo if I want to hear the same type of sound. Gets on my nerves mama’s boy. It takes two to marry and two to break up! He needs to just shut tired of him.

    15. winterone – you are right on the money. I am so sick of hearing men complain about what low down gold diging … their baby momas and wives are. There is some responsiblity for marrying and having babies with these women. You couldn’t tell before you got marrried or had 2-4 kids with this “woman.” Well, that’s too bad. Most people have to pay for their bad judgment. But we are talking about another brother with a song out. They have to be beatened into reality. I agree, no real man would leave the mother of his children homeless and broke. Not a pretty imagine for those children to grow up with. But these men claim to care so much for their children or do they just hire a good nanny so they can win. I say bull. For all of Tameka’s gold diging, you got Usher now wanting out of the deal as if he never made the decision to get in it. What ever he was thinking with, the whole body and …., including the bank account has to pay. Sad part is he probably throws more money away in the strip joint then it take to supply a place for this ex-wife to live so that his children will be safe when they visit her.

    17. I’m not going to call Tameka out because I don’t know anything about her and I don’t know anymore then what Usher tells us, except that “Superhead” was his birthday present one year. But I can say this, what the heck did he see in her in the first place? When I saw that “little” head next to that “big” head, I thought “Usher with the ….”

    19. And Usher, Congrats to you for handling your business like a man. You have been more than gracious to her ex. Maybe she thought you would just forget she was still in the house and let her stay there. Glad to see you are moving on to green pastures. Good luck to you and be blesses.

    20. Well Tameka, time to join the rest of us working people! You were working before you married Usher, so its not like you will be on unfamiliar grounds. Back to the real world, you know paying rent, bills and working. Good Luck!

    21. Tameka Foster seemed to have forgotten that she needed to keep Usher – the same way she got him… you know – by acting nice and making it appear that she was needed. When she flipped her script is when all (shitake) ‘hit the fan.’ My dad reminded (us girls) that pregnancy is not a way to hold a man. And frankly, the courts these days (and judges) do not sympathize with mothers – especially moms who show financial instability. I was in the courts with my ex – it was not a slam dunk process, and I had a litle girl! I made a back-door deal with my ex, packed my little car, threw my 3-yr old in the back seat, and moved 5 states away! ‘When those men no longer want you, you can’t make them have you!’
