Dr. Smith has become a popular expert in healthy living thanks to his TV appearances on VH1’s reality hit-show “Celebrity Fit Club” as well as serving as a medical contributor to the Rachel Ray show.
He believes that losing weight is 80 percent mental and only 20 percent physical.
"That's not to say that we should give up on exercise, but we need to keep our head in the game,” Smith said.
