Ken Smukler of the "Trickery Report" lightened the mood before breaking down the dour voter identification laws in the United States, joking, "Do you want to know a little black history fact about Janesville, Wisconsin? There is no black history in Janesville, Wisconsin," which is the hometown of Republican VP candidate Paul Ryan.
On a serious note, Smukler wants you to know your voting rights and to call 1-866-My-VOTE-1 with any questions or concerns.
Voter identification laws are unique in each state, so find out your status and make sure you are able to vote in this year's election.
