Hillary Clinton must be out to dispell those rumors that she is uptight because she was out in South Africa having fun "busting some moves."
The secretary of state was filmed dancing with the women of Malawi, who in return seemed to enjoy dancing with Clinton and even had the former presidential candidate dropping it to the floor.
