Finally there’s some good news to report about Terrell Owens. Well, sort of.

The fading to black NFL star staved off foreclosure on his Sunny Isles Beach condo this month when a Bahamas-based company bought his 50th-floor unit at Donald Trump‘s Trump International for $100,000 less than what he paid for it six years ago, according to Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra.

Miami-Dade County property records show Pagode paid $1.65 million for the 2,100-square-foot apartment at the beachfront Trump International, just north of Miami.

The six-time Pro Bowler Owens can now settle the $1.4 million-mortgage he received from Deutsche Bank, a mortgage that the bank claims he quit paying last fall. There’s also a pesky $9,000-plus that the building’s condo association claims he owes in maintenance fees.

Records show the deal with Pagode was consummated July 3.

Meanwhile, Owens, 38, is still looking for a team to adopt him and someone is trying to sell a vid of him masturbating. Get the deets and more on this character at Gossip Extra.
