Roland Martin talks with Senator Rodney Ellis about the Texas Voter ID law, which could leave 1 million people unable to vote because they do not have the proper identification. In the state of Texas, college IDs are prohibited while gun permit IDs are allowed. Currently their is a lawsuit underway to fght this law.
