R&B singer Usher Raymond and ex-wife Tameka Foster are in the middle of a nasty custody battle over their two sons Naviyd and Usher III.

Each party has been no holds barred, when it comes to damaging the other's reputation. Whether it's Foster's accusations of Usher's drug use or Raymond painting Foster as a crazed woman; the two are amidst a heated game of "who can destroy the other's image more."

Now there are reports that a stalker was able to reach Raymond’s home last week in a plea for the singer’s love. Foster is planning to use this in court against Raymond, contesting their sons are not safe with him.

Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw, a 26-year-old Atlanta native, showed up uninvited to Raymond's home twice in the past week, pounding on the front door, leading to her arrest. Raymond has obtained a temporary restraining order against Rakestraw, citing he feared for his safety and that of his family. She was also ordered to obtain a psychiatric evaluation.

Currently the trial is in hiatus. The proceedings resume in August.

Neither Raymond nor Foster's camps have released statements on the report.
