A defamation lawsuit brought by “Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada last October against super gossip website MediaTakeout has been quietly settled, reports Jose Lambiet’s Gossip Extra.
The site claimed Lozada was cheating on her (now unemployed) football-playing fiancé Chad Ochocinco with his friend Terrell Owens.
On top of that, the site claimed Lozada, who once was engaged to former Miami Heat star Antoine Walker, was pregnant and planned to quit the show.
This was apparently untrue.
The two sides ended up in Miami-Dade court because MediaTakeOut wouldn’t retract.
Neither side is giving details of suit, except that the resolution included a confidentiality agreement.
