If you’re a gospel music fan, your prayers have been answered. Kirk Franklin and gospel stars Marvin Sapp, Donnie McClurkin, and Israel Houghton are joining forces for the “King’s Men” tour. Starting in Phoenix, Arizona in September, and ending in Brooklyn, New York in October, this quartet of gospel superstars will do 15 shows together on what is sure to be a history-making gospel music experience. Tickets have been on sale since the tour was announced in May, but there are still seats available for a tour billed as one of the biggest in gospel history.

“It shows that there is an audience there,” Franklin told Ebony.com. “We’ve done it on our own, out of our own pockets and we’ve done it at a very small level and we’ve been very successful at it.But now, Live Nation is bringing just a whole ‘nother level of mass marketing to the table. This just gives people a chance to see what we’ve always believed was there for years: that there’s a big audience for this music and for this type of inspirational entertainment.”
