The American Idol judge heads to court to face a lawsuit from her former driver.
Hakob Manoukian, who was also head of her security team, claims he was forced to resign after Lopez’ manager Benny Medina constantly scolded and insulted him.
The lawsuit filed in a Los Angeles court alleges that Lopez’ manager, Benny Medina, hated him, cursing him in public and degrading him about his dress and Iraqi heritage. He says the constant berating forced him to resign.
He adds that his career was ruined after he was encouraged by Lopez and her former husband, Marc Anthony, to close his enterprise and accept a position as head of their security and transportation.
