As I look at the calendar, I know that we are a mere days away from the beginning of summer. And even though I have not reached my weight loss goal, I’m not ready to throw in the towel.

How about you? Are you struggling as well? I think I did okay on the cruise, but not great. While I did not walk on the track everyday, when time permitted, I did walk up and down the stairs. The food was very good, but I did exercise portion control. My biggest challenge is eating enough throughout the day. I must admit: Some nights when I think it’s too late to really eat, but I need something, I will resort to a couple of olives and a handful of almonds — no martini, thank you very much.

Now that we are back at work, it’s easier to get back into a routine. But it’s still a struggle. That’s where teamwork comes into play. If we have other friends and family as members of Team Sybil, we are able to get the support needed when we are weak and, in my case, get lazy. When one member is down, the others will pull us up … and vice versa.

I’m here for you if you want to talk about some issues and challenges of want to offer suggestions. Let’s stay strong in the struggle – and in touch!

  2. Exercises like this one no longer have to be limited to the constraints of your workout at the
gym because nowadays local parks have equipment where
you can do this exercise. The first thing I am going to discuss is exercising.
Even if it has been many years since you have grown at all, there is still a possibility for you to grow taller by
doing stretching exercises, getting more sleep, drinking a lot of milk and taking
    the proper supplements.

  3. Excellent items from you, man. I have bear in mind your stuff
prior to and you’re just too great. I really like what you have bought right here, really like what you’re saying and the way in which
in which you say it. You are making it entertaining and you still take
care of to keep it wise. I can’t wait to learn far more from you. This is actually a terrific site.
