have not, how’s it going? I was in a plateau stage, but seem to be back on the losing track. At least I was ‘til my TJMS family birthday partied me out of my mind recently. They had a major breakfast spread (thanks, Matt!), including the world’s best cupcakes, made by our very own Leah Washington. And after the show, there was a wonderful lunch. And that was just one day. The birthday celebration continued through the weekend!
So, to answer my own question, no. But I am back on the program. I’m making better food choices and getting some exercise in each day. I had a small lightbulb moment last week. Not a major epiphany, but a realization that could make a big difference. One of the birthday highlights was the spa weekend, thanks to my BFF. It was both relaxing and invigorating. The sauna, steam and massage routine gave me time to think about my plans for the next year. At the top of my list is to continue to get healthier.
