Dr. Ian Smith has issued a challenge to TJMS listeners. Team Sybil has one week to sign up 25,000 member. If we succeed, he will give us $10,000, which will go to a Team Sybil member. I’m thinking that’s more than enough to buy a cabin on the Fantastic Voyage along with a new “Fine in the 0-9” wardrobe!
Why am I doing this? A look in the mirror at 3 a.m. was enough to send me running for somebody’s weight loss program.
Seriously, I need to get back to a healthier lifestyle.
While I am still struggling with a crippling addiction to caffeine, I am making other healthier choices. By changing my eating habits and stepping up my exercise program, I am seeing some improvement. But more needs to be done. One of the most important components is having the encouragement of my co-workers and friends. That’s why I love the idea of having “Team Sybil.” Members of the TJMS family from all over are texting their e-mail addresses and joining the effort to not only “Get Our Sexy Back,” but to get back to healthy.
