Zoe Saldana may be a part of Hollywood’s elite, but the half-Dominican, half-Puerto Rican beauty has not forgotten her roots.

According to the Hollywood Reproter, the 35-year-old actress has partnered with Lionsgate Entertainemnt to create film and television content for the Hispanic market.

Under the new deal, which was inked by the Zoe and her sister Cisely’s company Saldana Productions, Pantelion Films — a Latino-focused Hollywood studio— will develop new projects similar to their past multicultural movies like “Hecho en Mexico” and “Casa de mi Padre,” starring Will Ferrell.

Sources say this is Lionsgate’s lasted effort to attract more Latino-based audiences, a population which is estimated to grow four times faster than the rest of the U.S.

“We look forward to a fruitful and productive relationship with Pantelion,” Zoe said in a statement.
