A loop hole in a new Florida law, has allowed a man to escape punishment for having oral sex with his dog.
Initially arrested for possession of child pornography, Eric Antunes, a Clearwater, Fla resident was also caught by police with pictures of him engaging in oral sex with his three-legged dog on his phone.
However, since the Florida law against beastiality does not speciifically have wording against oral contact with animals, Antunes will not be charged for the incident.
Antunes is still being charged for child pornography.
